Consultation:
When you schedule a consultation with Bowen's Botanicals, our goal is to understand your overall vision and provide you with an accurate quote for our services. We request that you bring any pictures, fabric swatches, and anything else that will help us to understand your aesthetic and vision. You will leave the consultation with a clear understanding of the cost to book services with Bowen's Botanicals so that you can make the best decision for your special event. All consultations for special events are always free.

Booking Process:
After your initial consultation, if you decide to book services with Bowen's Botanicals, we require a non-refundable $150 deposit for all events. The deposit is applicable to the overall cost of services. Once this deposit has been made, in conjunction with the signing of our contract for services, we will email a detailed document that includes recipes for designs, full descriptions, and reference pictures. This is a live document and comments/changes can be made up to 30 calendar days prior to your event. Changes made to the event after this deadline may incur additional charges.

Policies:
Events which are cancelled 14 or less calendar days prior to the event are non-refundable. If you cancel your event after submitting the deposit, the deposit will not be returned. If you have paid for your event at the time of booking, and your event is cancelled prior to 14 days in advance of the event, a partial refund may be allocated. Bowen's Botanicals reserves the right to retain funds used to purchase hardware, tools, fabrics, vases, lighting, etc. and will retain the $150 deposit that would have otherwise been made.
